ERC is an Auckland commercial fitout, installation and strip-out contractor. We work with main contractors, project managers and commercial teams to deliver defined work packages, managed crews and practical site capability.

ERC works across commercial interiors, retail, hospitality, offices and education environments throughout Auckland. Our capability covers interior fitout and installation, controlled strip-out and demolition, and construction labour hire.
We can take responsibility for a defined package of work or add labourers, hammerhands, carpenters and managed crews to an existing project team. In either arrangement, the scope, site responsibility and communication structure are made clear before work begins.
