Commercial strip-out
Commercial strip-out and demolition in Auckland
Cleared properly.Ready for what comes next.
ERC removes the existing interior and prepares the tenancy for what comes next. Controlled strip-outs, commercial de-fits and non-structural demolition clear fixtures, linings and partitions, coordinate waste, and leave the space ready for refurbishment, fitout or handover.

Questions
What is included in a commercial strip-out?
A tenancy strip-out or commercial de-fit removes fixtures, linings, partitions, ceilings and related fitout elements, then prepares the space for its next stage. Waste removal is coordinated as part of that work.
Does ERC undertake structural demolition?
No, not as the published service. ERC focuses on controlled interior strip-out and non-structural demolition. Any broader demolition is separately scoped and managed.
Can ERC complete make-good after the strip-out?
Yes, when make-good is in the scope. That leaves the tenancy in the handover condition that was agreed.
Can ERC continue into the new fitout?
Yes, if the package includes both. The strip-out can lead into the new fitout with the same contractor. It does not have to.
