If you contact ERC about a project, the information may include:
- Your name, company, email address and phone number
- The service you ask about and the project location you provide
- An expected start date, programme note or message
- Where the enquiry is about construction labour, the roles, number of people and duration you choose to provide
When this website is delivered by its host, the host may also process technical connection data, such as an IP address, the page requested, and the date and time of the request. This website does not ask you to create an account.

Form provider status
The enquiry forms on this website are connected to Formspree (formspree.io). Formspree processes those submissions on behalf of ERC so the enquiry can be delivered to ERC. The information in the form is the information you submit. Formspree’s own privacy notice applies to its handling of that submission. The form is not sent to any other form provider.
Cloudflare and other providers
This website is a static site served by Cloudflare Pages. The project includes Cloudflare Pages header rules for security and caching. This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports page views and page performance. It does not receive the contents of an enquiry, and it does not record phone or email clicks. This website does not load Google Analytics, a tag manager, or an advertising pixel.
Cloudflare does not receive a visit while you are viewing a copy that is not being served by Cloudflare. When this website is requested through Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver and protect the page.
Typefaces are files on this website. They are not loaded from Google Fonts or another font service. No email-marketing, advertising or tag-manager provider is configured. Mail sent to [email protected] is received by ERC. This website does not name a separate mail platform because none is configured here.
Overseas processing
ERC Contracting is based in Auckland, New Zealand and handles enquiry correspondence in New Zealand.
Formspree processes enquiry submissions on behalf of ERC. That information may be processed or stored outside New Zealand through Formspree, including in the United States. Formspree’s privacy notice describes that processing.
When this website is delivered by Cloudflare Pages, technical connection data and Cloudflare Web Analytics measurements may be processed on Cloudflare’s network outside New Zealand.

Storage and security
This website does not run its own database of enquiries. Correspondence sent by email is held in ERC’s email system. Access is limited to people at ERC who need it to respond.
While a form submission is being delivered, Formspree holds that submission as the form provider. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure. ERC does not claim that transmission or storage is immune from unauthorised access.
Retention
ERC keeps enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond, to keep a record of the enquiry, and to meet legal or ordinary business-record requirements. It is then deleted or de-identified. This website does not publish a fixed retention period, because the period depends on the enquiry and on any legal requirement to keep the record.
Access and correction
You may ask ERC for access to personal information it holds about you, and you may ask for a correction, by emailing [email protected]. This policy is governed by New Zealand law, including the Privacy Act 2020. ERC will respond in line with that Act.
